History

Keos Events Pty Ltd was created by Peter Roaen in 2010, who migrated to Australia after a long career in event management in Belgium.

Specialised in the production of large scale and international community events, Peters’ clients included the United Nations, the European Community and various departments of the Belgian government.

In 2008 Peter was contracted by the City of South Perth to develop a new concept for the Australia Day celebration along the South Perth Foreshore, as part of the annual Skyworks.

The South Perth Australia Day Celebration Zone became a well-established event, attracting tens of thousands of people annually.

Peter has since managed events for many other clients in WA and works intensively with local event coordinators and tradespeople to create new activities and entertainment for the WA event market.
